有熱鬧的音樂演奏、小販大聲叫賣、食物的強烈味道，夜市滿足各種感官刺激。
你不能錯過台灣的臭豆腐攤位。
這道油炸食物散發出的強烈氣味聞名世界。 
大腸包小腸也是另一項必嚐小吃。
如果你愛吃海鮮，就來一串烤魷魚或一份蚵仔煎。 
豬血糕是另一樣出了名的台灣小吃，你應該鼓起勇氣嘗試。
較大膽量的人可以去華西街夜市吃蛇肉和喝蛇血酒。

 If seafood is your style, grab grilled squid on a stick or an oyster omelet. 
Pig's blood cake is another well-known Taiwanese snack you should work up your nerve to try.
More daring souls can head to Huasi Market for snake dishes and snake-blood wine. 
On a warm evening, pearl milk tea or ice shavings with toppings are just the thing. 
Games like shooting basketballs, throwing darts, and much more guarantee fun as you explore Taiwan's night markets.
